With two hours a week for four months you can make a difference to someone else's life, from meeting your personal gringo until delivering your co-created project.
1. Onboarding
Meet your personal gringo and take time to learn about each other, e.g. expectations, interests, goals and working style.
2. Growth project
Co-create a sustainability project with your personal gringo. Design it together and monitor progress against schedule.
3. Presentation prep
Prepare a presentation about your sustainability project together with your personal gringo. Plan and prepare a deliverable together.
